How to Start a Return

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, personalized products, and products damaged through misuse are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it is processed.
